With a dual master's in counseling and education, Layah offers a holistic approach to individual and couples healing, combining psychoeducation, somatic, and evidence-based practices, in a warm and authentic style

Layah is certified as a restorative yoga instructor and enjoys hiking and swimming.  She also enjoys time with her six children and two grandsons.
